There was a whole lot of drama on Tuesday as it was the last day of the summer transfer window. Clubs were hurrying to complete their transfer businesses by all means and the rush was very real. Not only in the English Premier League but even in the Spanish La Liga, the French Ligue 1, the German Bundesliga, the Italian Serie A, as well as every other league in the footballing world, deals were being completed, and not only were clubs scuppering for their main transfer targets, players were also doing the most to ensure that they either find a way out of the club where they are lacking game time or probably just want to move to a better club.
David Luiz’s exit from Arsenal may have just been confirmed after the London club reviews the shirt number of their latest signing, Ben White. The Gunners have confirmed and announced that they have completed the signing of the England international defender from fellow Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion following his participation with the England national team at the Euros this summer. White was attracting a lot of interest from some clubs but Arsenal were the most interested side and they also were the only side that tabled an official offer for the player a few days ago.

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is an in-demand player this summer as he is already attracting interest from a couple of clubs. The Chelsea star was sent out on loan last season after it was certain that he would not be getting enough playing time at Stamford Bridge, so all the parties involved believed that spending time out on loan would be the best option.
